i just had an HSG test done on Friday. I have been trying for 1 year with my husband. My meth addicted brother and girlfriend just had a baby girl and that is very heart breaking for my husband and I. She used for 7 months of her pregnancy. My other brother did IVF when his wife had endometriosis and my other brother adopted. I am just wanting to give up at this point!!

I know how frustrating it can be to watch those around you getting what you have been wanting. While my husband and I tried to get pregnant I watch most of my closest friends have babies... and then second babies. So hard to not become bitter towards those we love. You aren't alone. <3

It is really hard constantly hearing "oh when are you having a baby?". Uh I just want to say just shut up I've been trying forever! Thanks it helps knowing that you are not in this alone. The more I open up about it the more I learn that others have struggles with fertility and not just me.

I definitely understand what you are going through. My older sister just told me she is pregnant with her 4th child due later this year, and I can't even have one. We are going through the ivf process, but it definitely doesn't help to hear news like that. It's been a rough process.

I know how hard that is, my husband and I lost our first pregnancy and that was 16 months ago, since then my cousin had a baby and is pregnant again, 3 other friends had babies and just found out another one is pregnant. I feel so guilty when instead of feeling joy for them I feel a stab of pain. I know and am happy for them but my emotions just can't handle it. We are "only" on our second round of letrazole and I keep hoping this would be the month but likely not as I think I just started my period this morning. Every month for the last 2 years has been so painful. I can't really open up to anybody about it because I just hear the usual "your young, it will happen, don't worry". I finally joined this support group and read so many stories that brought tears to me eyes. I finally feel like I can open up about how depressing this has all become. I try everyday to NOT think about it but every choice I make (have a drink, have a coffee, eat sushi, etc.) surrounds my fertility so how can I not be aware of it at all times. And of course I have my whole family telling me at least once a week how i should be pregnant already after 3 years of marriage and "why do I keep waiting". Sometimes I wanna cry and tell them I'm not trying to wait but no I just endure and suffer in silence while I smile and say "it will happen when it's time" or "haha yes I know!". Feeling so overwhelmed.

I hear that too about waiting and how much joy it would bring the grandparents if we would just give them a grand baby and oh it is "probably just stress".
