So I really have no idea!
The defect percentages do not have normal ranges listed on our paperwork, but those aren't far off from my DH and the doc didn't say they were a problem. The only other thing I see is his concentration, which my paperwork says should be 20-100. That might be the real problem, since having more sperm gives a better chance of having normal morphology??? I don't know, though.
I do know there are options. There are many supplements, diet changes, etc, for sperm quality. I'm sure there are many other things the urologist will suggest, too. Don't lose hope!
