Relaxation and stress relief resources?

Hi All,
Just wanted to ask if anyone has any good online resources for stress relief and relaxation? I am thinking you tube yoga or meditation...does anyone have any regular reliable websites they can recommend? My fertility specialist, acupuncturist and nutritionist all think my main problem is stress so looking for ways to reduce this (other than exercise cos I already do heaps of that).

I'm obsessed with Circle Bloom. They have a ton of different programs that offer daily sessions for relaxation. I just finished up the IVF program and I'm so sad it's over. It is not just relaxation, but also visualization. I did many things to help my IVF cycle, so I can't say any one worked, but I know that having these daily made all the difference in my outlook and mood. There are more general programs for fertility, but I think the IVF one can work for a natural cycle too. I also listen to Tibetan singiing bowls and meditation music at work. My work place is not always pleasant, so this helps to keep my nerves down while I'm here.

Acupuncture should be great too! I used to do massages too, and those were like my monthly gift. I would go after my cycle started to bring some good to the bad situation.

I would recommend, yoga and massage. Also anything fun that gives you an escape. Whether it is being outdoors hiking, reading a book, curling up on the couch for a movie it could help you with stress. Good luck to you!

If you are interested in natural herbal remedies for stress then I recommend trying Nuphorin. I am constantly wound up from working 10+ hours behind a computer everyday and it seems to do a great job of taking the edge off. They also have some pretty helpful articles as well. Hope this helps!
