I think all the questions you are asking are normal and fair. Yes, your child may question the fact that DH is not biological father. But, I firmly believe that if you are honest with you child then they will be fine. They may want to know some day, just to know and you can cross that bridge if it happens. I don't think it is a reason not to bring a child into the world though. Have you and DH gone through counseling yet for using a donor? I think most places require that you do and it would be a good place to bring up your thoughts and feelings.
There are a lot of tools out there these days on how to talk with children about this kind of stuff. You won't be doing it on your own.
DF and I will have to explain to our children someday why they were created in a lab and not in my non existing tubes. It may be weird for them at first but they will get through it. When there is enough love and openness in a family, you can get through most things.
After you work out some of what is built up, stop for a while and listen to your heart. Pray for guidance and you will find the right answer for you. I wish you the best of luck and please know we are all here for you. {{{HUG}}}
