My 2nd HSG was march last year. All was well I just had 4 fibriods. They were not obstructing the shape of my uterus. Everything clear and looked good. Now may 18th I'm getting saline sonohysterogram. Which I heard is painful. My 2nd HSG was excruciating. So what ever they tell me which I'm sure will be good. Besides the fact that I have now 5 fibriods. I'm TIRED EXHUASTED DRAINED. It will be 2 years May 20th that I have been ttc. So now I'm thinking of going on the pill and saying screw it. I work for corporate pharmacy largest pharmacy in America. I WORK THE INFERTILITY DEPARTMENT. Witnessing women being charged thousands of women paying high cost. For menopur cetrotide gonal f doxycycline methlyprednisone hcg etc. BY THE WAY WE'RE ON A MANUFACTURERS BACKORDER FOR ALL PROGESTERONE IN OIL IN USA. But do I need the pill I'll ask the RE clearly I can't get pregnant and won't pay fot IVF. IUI will be a waste of money. I'm so angry.
I get mixed up between the HSG and the SHG. I've had both done and didn't have much pain, just some cramping. You may want to take a couple of IB profens beforehand just in case. You'll be fine and you've got this. :)
