1. Eating pineapple core helps with implantation. "Pineapple contains bromelain. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks up proteins that inhibit embryo implantation. Consuming a whole pineapple (focusing on the core as it has the highest concentration of Bromelain) during a fertility cycle can be beneficial"
One pineapple core, divided into 5 portions - consume one portion each day, over five days, beginning on the day of your embryo transfer.
2. Relaxation/bed rest for two days after transfer. Not necessary but definitly nice to do.
3. Lay on your left side only because the vein that carries blood to your uterus is just the right of your spine so laying on your left side keeps the blood flow strong. They suggest this during your whole pregnancy.
4. Eating only warm foods/liquids because cold stuff could make your uterus contract which an be harmful.
Like I said, these are all here-say and possibly just old wives tales...but you asked!
Good luck!!
