I take PABA, which used to be put in sunscreen. I take one pill a day and have no PMS symptoms until the day I start my period. When I don't take the PABA, I have two weeks of PMS symptoms just like you described. I buy it from The Vitamin Shoppe, although GNC and such would have it too. It's like $6 for a bottle of 100 and it makes me feel like a normal person. Because it's Vitamin B based (I think), it's not any of the Midol, Motrin things you shouldn't be taking just in case you are pregnant.
Again, I don't know why it works or who it will work for, but it's a night and day difference for me!
