They might be too big to upload. When I was trying upload a pict for my profile, I had a hard time and I think it was because of the size. See if you can find out what the size has to be. Hope this helps.

I couldnt either. I kept getting this stupid error message. So I emailed DS and pasted the error message in the email saying I couldnt download any pics. They emailed back and said it was their fault and they would fix it. 2 days later I was able to download some pics. Good Luck!

OK, I have had the same problem, but I never got a response to my e-mail. Can I ask who you contacted?

Click on the "HELP" icon up top in the green bar. Then on that page there will be a section at the top that says "Top Faqs" At the bottom of that list says "Arg, I just want to speak to someone" or something to that effect...click on that. Then that will bring you to a paragraph that has a link to "feedback forum". Click on that and you can email. You will get a response in your regular email. Or at least thats where I got it. They responded to me within about 3 days I would say.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I am pretty sure it was when I got the error message that there was a link to send a message about the error. I got a reply a week or so ago. I just checked and was able to upload them.

Sometimes if the pics are too big you could get blocked, but I think it tells you that the file is too big and to make it smaller.
