My periods have always been pretty regular...for the past few months they've been either early or late by less than a week, but I think that was the cysts on both ovaries throwing things off. Anyway, I just started using an OPK last month. Last month I got a positive on CD17 (which was later than I expected) and then got my period on CD28 (which was a little bit early for me). I kind of figured it had something to do with the cyst I had surgically removed on that side a few weeks prior.

This month, I just finally got a positive today which is CD19! I always assumed I was ovulating on CD14 or 15 since my cycles are almost invariably 30 days, but now I think I've been off by almost a week every time! Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I do have severe endometriosis, but as far as I know I don't have any issues that would affect the timing of ovulation. I did have a large endometrioma on the left that was surgically removed in December, and a much smaller functional cyst on the right which as far as I know is still there. I'm ovulating from the right this month...I've been having a lot of pain on that side for the past couple days too.
