So I still have not got my period - and today is 6 days late, with absolutely no sign of it.

I realize I had a tubal miscarriage and I had the methotrexate shot to get it out of my tubes...but I'm so wondering WHY I haven't gotten AF. I don't think I'm PG...we've used something and to be honest (TMI I know) we've only BD a handful of times last month cause using something was too odd for us LOL!

So I'm pretty frustrated and wanting AF to just show up already!

I wish I had an answer to your question. I'm sure you just want to get back on the ttc wagon. I hope AF shows up soon....

I wasnt sure so I googled it :). I found that it said in females, methotrexate can alter the menstrual cycle. So Im thinking it is normal that you are late. I wouldn't worry. Your body is trying to recover after its ordeal.

I'd give it two more weeks. If it doesn't come by then talk to your doc to start Provera.

I would wait 2 more weeks. have they rechecked your HCG level? sometimes a second dose of methotrexate has to be given.. something to ask your MD

Thanks ladies...yes my HCG level already went down to 0 and I really KNEW it when it happened because I had the worst AF ever.

But I will wait for another week and if nothing then I will talk to the Dr. although he doesn't like to give Provera he prefers sometimes to wait it out...and last time when I did, AF came right after my doctor's visit LOL!
