I like how you changed up your pre-natals and got the tea, plus back to exercising. I think everything you're doing is excellent. I bought fertility tea, too, last week. Who knows if it will help but it's all herbal so I'm always up for trying to do anything (within reason and especially if it's natural) to boost my fertility. I also try to get 8 hours of sleep and drink tons of water, and coconut water so I don't hyper-stimulate, thus prolonging transfer time, which happened a few months ago in December. I also take, at the direction of my doctor, CoQ10. I would ask your doctor before you take it!
My husband and I have been ttc for two years. One of them through IVF. I am in my 40's and it's hard to stay hopeful and positive. I'm on my 8th cycle and some days I think that I will stop after this. Naively, I thought that it was going to be relatively easy to get pregnant, especially since we were doing IVF! But nope, I was very wrong. I'm starting to feel foolish, like, what am I thinking doing IVF at my age? What must I look like to my family and friends and in-laws. The nurses at the center must pity me and think I'm ridiculous for trying to have a baby at my age. :( I wish God would tell me why I'm not getting pregnant. Some days I feel like He doesn't want to bless me with a baby. My husband would be an incredible father. It breaks my heart for him a little bit more than it does for me.
More injections tonight. Day 2. If my guess is right, retrieval will be next Sunday or Monday with transfer (assuming I don't hyper-stimulate!) on March 8. Here's to praying and staying in faith. I pray for all of you ladies.
