First off, welcome. I'm sorry that you are in this situation. All of us on here are all too familiar with the challenges that come with trying to conceive in the face of infertility. We are here to support you in your journey, whatever you decide.
Just in my opinion, I would be a little hesitant to start trying other options before a year of trying to conceive because you are under 35. Especially if you have to pay for the options out of pocket, or if you were on birth control for a long time (that can make it take longer). I am also not sure, but I think that 14 million is not that low of a sperm count, and I think the counts can vary by a lot, I know my husbands counts have been all over the place, and no one has ever said that he had a low count, but I am pretty sure that its been below 15million at least once, but most other times above. There are a lot of tests that I would recommend also, prior to putting a ton of money into iui and ivf. You would want to make sure your tubes are open prior to trying iui. Otherwise its a waste of money. My clinic recommends trying iui 4 times before moving on to ivf, but depending on the situation going straight to ivf might be the best option, for instance if you found out that your tubes were blocked then ivf would be the option for you. Even though you have been pregnant before, I would still recommend the hsg test to see if your tubes are open, especially since you were younger then, and it did end in miscarriage. I had got pregnant within 3 months of trying almost 4 years ago now, and it ended in miscarriage, and now here I am today, missing one tube, the other blocked and a failed ivf.
I am not an expert by any means, though, these are just my opinions. I wish you the best of luck on your journey and hope that you find the answers that you are looking for. You have come to the right place. The ladies here are all very supportive and helpful.

Thank you so much for the advice! Our first SA was actually a lot worse with 7 million count and 15% motility which is when we decided to see an RE. Thy re did another SA and got better results but she still thought our chances of natural conception are low. I am very anxious and impatient about conceiving and I'm just not enjoying the trying part anymore and I just want to do what will get us pregnant soon. My RE actually said we did not need to do the hsg test because she said she has no reason to think I would have a blockage and the test is not fun. I was confused by this because she is a really good Dr and has excellent creditials but I was for sure I would need that test. Do they know why your tubes were blocked?

I had the test done and they were clear, and was told they were text book normal. Then I had the ectopic for whatever reason, they said it was likely due to the embryo itself. Then the other tube is likely blocked because of the emergency surgery to remove the tube that burst.

How many embryos do you have left? When will you have them placed?

I didn't have any to freeze in my first IVF. I am doing it all over again.

Well first off I want to say welcome! Just want to let you know not to start thinking about donors. There is alot of things your dh can do to help. My dh had deficiencies in all three areas, mobility, abnormal, and low count. I also have one of my tunes removed. I just got finished my second ivf cycle and am currently pregnant! My dh's count improved by taking fish oil, coq10, and a conception supplement that was suggested by our fertility dr. He stopped drinking alcohol gave up sugar and was on a good diet. His count improved ALOT. I dont know the exact numbers, but I will get them from my dr. And let you know. There are lifestyle changes and supplements that can maybe help. Keep your head up!

Also, they found that both my tubes were blocked via hsg, had one removed and one cleared. They had no idea why they were blocked.
