I posted a little earlier that I had some spotting... well now its progressed to full blown AF, I feel so devastated. I really felt this time was it.... it just felt right.

Can someone please dig me a ditch so I can just go and lie in it please....

I am sorry, honey! That does hurt. Try to give yourself time to mourn and feel as bad as you need. You will find your strength afterwards.

I'm so sorry! I know there are times it just seems so difficult.
I have so been there, but a good friend doesn't 'dig ya the ditch,' BUT I will offer you a nice fluffy blankie! So, go ahead & find a nice place to rest. Sometimes that is the only thing that makes sense.

I am so sorry. I felt the same way every month when ugly AF would show up. But you will get through this and we are all here for you.
