found out today that my endometreosis has spread to the muscle of my uterus. I also have fibroids that are causing my uterus to expand to an abnormal size. this has become more and more painful. last november i had to have a fibroid removed that was the size of a grapefruit. my obgyn told me that i have two options: either go on lupron for several months or have a hystorectomy. either way a hystorectomy is in my near future. I am so upset right now. my future with trying to conceive has come to an end. my only other options would be to do a surrogate or adoption. both of which are very expensive. i dont know what to do. i feel as if all hope is lost.
