Good luck!!!!
My DH had sperm issues and took 500mg of Vitamin C which helped his sperm immensely. As you may already know, anything like supplementation would take 90 days to show in his sperm sample as the sperm that he is currently making won't be "seen" for 90 days.
The heat, maybe exercise in the heat, etc. It' so hard to say... best wishes to you!
Hugs,
Kristin

I hope this helps!
My husband sperm count was 25 million in February then drop to 10 million in July. It all depends on what lab u do the analysis at.
I also read in a book that because of the heat in the summer, the sperm analysis will be lower than winter time. Stress can play a big role too.
Wish u the best of luck and hope u will have BFP soon. Keep us updated with your good news. Relax and stay positive.
Have a great day.
