Im 23 about to be 24. Known my fiance' for five years and have been together for one. We've been trying for, now, over a year. A year ago I had absent periods. Ultrasound showed no issues. Month later still no period, re-did ultrasound and it showed PCOS. Doctor sent me to fertility specialist. So many months of blood draws and ultrasounds. Found out my right, dominant, tube/ovary is blocked. This year I've had 6 periods. 4 were induced with progesterone. Was given letrozole and it didnt work, it didnt look like I was ovulating (no mature folicles) but the blood showed I was, the blood results showed up the next day and I missed my window, if there even was a real one at all. Have been having several cysts and hip pain. Fertility doctor sent me back to PCP because of the pain and the PCP is sending me to a OB GYN for possible endomitrosis. Fertility doctor doesnt think its that at all but said if its hormonal/endomitrosis/PCOS related my only choices are to either get pregnant faster or birthcontrol. 

Im losing hope that I will even get pregnant. Even if I can I could pass on fragile X (mental retardation) as a carrier and it can multiply to where my children have it. I dont have the money for multiple rounds of IVF and my credit isnt good enough for a decent loan. I'm so tired to trying, tired of the pain, tired of the dissapointment. I dont know how much longer I can keep trying. My fiance' is trying to be understanding but wants answers as to why things (meds, blood results, ulrasound) arent working/not making sense.
