I was doing so well with infertility before I got pregnant. We had gone to an RE, we had a plan. I felt confident and emotionally balanced. I felt like I was ok with things, no matter how they worked out.
Then I got pregnant. Then I miscarried.
And now I feel like a train wreck.
I've always liked yoga and meditation - although not great at it. I started looking online today for some fertility yoga/guided meditations. I thought maybe some guided meditations would help me get my emotions more centered. But I don't have any idea how to know which ones are actually good and which are just people trying to cash in on other people's pain.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I found Circle + Bloom to be helpful. They have guided meditations specifically for fertility. Check out their website (just search them).
Also, I have a lot of meditation apps on my phone as well as many cds. If you are interested in just general guided meditation, perhaps you can try a few apps. They can be relatively cheap and therefore not a huge loss if you don't love them. If you need CD titles, let me know!

Other than that , I just browse on youtube and have found few meditation videos.. but the sound quality is not so good for some and some are not complete.. so i stick to the circle and bloom files..
