Yes, I've used Vitex. I had a miscarriage back in January, and afterwards, my cycles were short for a while (they used to be pretty normal.) I started taking 1/2 a teaspoon of the powder once a day for about 6 weeks. I was shocked at how quickly I saw changes--first my cycle went back to 28 days, then next month it was 31 days. Also, it definitely pushed my ovulation back a few days as well. I stopped taking it because I didn't want to screw with my hormones too much. Since then I've taken it, but only during the second half of my cycle, and only half the dose. It never caused any side effects aside from the ones I mentioned, but it seemed that my menstrual pain was less if I had been taking it.
I think the main thing is, even though it's natural, it can be a strong drug, so just go slowly and don't overdo it.
Good luck, I hope you get pregnant again soon!
