I didn't have coverage but asked my company for it, and they decided to cover it. I found a letter on the Resolve.org website and sent that to HR. Took a while, but it was worth the wait.
As for tips and whatnot. I took CoQ10 because I heard it could help with quality. Also took fish oil and prenatals. Ate well, walked a lot and drank pedialite while cycling. I also used Freedom Fertility and they were awesome. They have an App with videos on how to do all the injections and it was so helpful! If you can find any way to get donated meds, that would be great. I'm not sure how it works because from what I hear it's not allowed. But maybe that's just in my state. If you do find out, let me know! I have 2 unopened Gonal F pens sitting in my fridge that cost $900/each! I would love to be able to donate them.
