Hi, I just came out of surgery yesterday and could use some info.
Have you had cysts while trying IVF? Did it only happen during one cycle for you, or have you had problems for a long time?
I just had 2 new cysts removed, this means I have had 4, yes four cysts this year - without any drugs. I am concerned that when I start my IVF cycle, then I will get a cyst, maybe more and won't be able to finish the cycle.
It is scary because IVF is our only chance of conceiving. Thank you for information.

I hope you'll have a quick recovery from your surgery!! I get cysts, I never got them until I started IVF. Don't worry I started an IVF cycle with a cyst. The cysts just have to be a certain size. One of my cycles was postponed a week for the cyst to get smaller, but your RE will do an ultrasound before they start the cycle to see how your ovaries look and if the cyst is small they usually let you start if it is big they'll want to let it shrink. I have three cysts right now, but they are all small so my RE wants to look at them again before my next cyle.
Ugh, I am so beat after surgery. I was originally hoping to start IVF ASAP, but may try to time it now for December. I want my body to heal before getting prego.
