The only things I can offer that might help calm your brain a bit is doing yoga, writing on here to people and also writing in general. I have notebooks and word docs readily available for when I just feel like I'm going to explode but have no one to speak to. I think too accepting that its ok to feel this way is helpful. To remind yourself that it's ok to be freaked and overwhelmed and to not feel guilty for that. Lastly, it's not for everyone, but possibly going to see a counselor.
You're not alone in feeling this way. Just remember you're still standing and that you can do this and other hard things that might come your way. Best of luck to you and I hope you feel better soon!
Thank you so much for you sweet words and support .. i have been writing here and responding and reading other post for 3 months and it really helped .. i dont have the choice to do ivf where i live ... i live in the most expensive country (kuwait) and ivf there is costs 40 times more than my home country ... plus i have history of hormone induced anxiety attacks in family , but the dr didnt seem to care much about it but it is really devastating .... i am waiting for my next appointment when dr tells me whether we will proceed with the FET or cancel and the idea of canceling is freaking me out .
I hope you too get better soon and somewhere sometime we come to share our struggles that ended with success stories !
.. not even close to being pregnant there was no hcg in my system two tests in a row
I am feelig helpless devastated and lost
I feel strongly that i should take a long break a year or so from fertility treatment and baby dream .. I am 27 years old and my DH is almost 28
Can i do this ? Will i regret it later ? Please help
Actually I began to question how professional this clinic is.. they told me that i dont need a salpinography or a hysteroscope before IVF and they didnt even measure my progesterone before the FET ... so i am considering taking my last 2 frosties and head to another clinic , but when I am ready for it , which i cant imagine would happen in less than a year or so ... do you think it is wise to wait and forget about it and just take supplements for fertility health for me and my husband ... it have sort of mind peace when i think that i wont have to go through ivf again for the next 12 months at least .
