I had lunch with a friend today and shared the news of my BFP. She talked about how lucky our baby will be and that God must have given us the gift of pregnancy because of the great parents we will be which is super sweet and of course, I said "Why would he wait so long then?" and she said "To him, it wasn't long." She continued with "you have a special gift to give THIS baby, and God had to make sure this was the one he gave to you."
I didn't expect such words from her because she is one of my friends that has no interest in being a mother but it made me cry and I wanted to share it with you.
