I been asking myself this question as all the IF books I seem to read don't seem to have enough info. Some have too much technical, others have to much factual accounts, so if you could write a book, what would you put in it

I always wanted to be a Mother, why I can't get pregnant.
I think with IF you are going through 4 stages of grief. Disbelieve, Hope, Anger and Exceptions.
You should add a chapters:
How do deal with stupid relatives, coworkers and friends.
A 100 questions and comments you should Never say to an IF woman.
A 100 smart answers you can give on the stupid comments of relatives, friends and coworkers.
List of support groups.
Financial options.
Oh and you also have to become a doctor and a nurse. I swear I know now more about reproductive system when my OBJ. Even things which I didn't want to know. Now expert on giving shots to myself and on almost all reproductive medications available now.

I would talk about the loss I feel everyday. The fact that being a woman made me feel like when ever I decided I could have a child and the devastation that occurs now that it doesn't seem to be the case. I don't think outsiders of IF understand that we are grieving the fact that we can't just have a fun night in bed with our husband and a few weeks later have that wonderful feeling of being late. I would talk about how I feel that my IF is always bubbling under the surface...when people casually ask how i have been it's all i can think about and struggle with things to discuss. So maybe a top 10 list of topics to disucss with people that you don't want to tell about your IF.
