I joined the group two days ago so that I can have others that can relate to what I'm going through and how I feel. Im 28 years old Ive been married to my suppotive husband 4 years. We've have been trying to concieve for 3years now. I've seen a RE to found out why I couldn't get preganant. After having a couple test done it was found that both of my fallopian tubes were blocked and i had polyps in my uterus. I had surgery to get the polyps removed and the doctor would look at the fallopian tubes to see if possible they might need to be removed. Well the doctor removed the polyps and both of my fallopian tubes. A week after surgery I went into a deep depression because I felt I failed as a wife and woman not being able to concieve naturally. Questioning who can i possible talk that can relate to how I'm feeling and what I'm going through. I've tried talking to my husband, mother and sister yes I'll admit they are very supportive but they just dont understand. Yes I love they kinds words and bible verses but I want to talk to someone that understand waht Im facing. IVF will be our only option to be able to have a miricale baby. Our insurance doesnt cover IVF so we'll have to pay.

Hi Faith ivf to me is a no brainer to me I know how you feel friends and family try to help but they can't as they don't know what it's like my doc doesn't know why I can't conceive naturally we are flying out to Spain in a couple months for donor eggs you know where I am if you want to talk more

Well thank you so much. Have you seen a RE? RE specialize infertility & will be able to give you a diagnosis on your infertility. I'm praying you'll be blessed with your miricale baby soon.

I had all the tests done back last june 2016 to December 2016 and it came back as unexplained they didn't know why they couldn't see any eggs they said my chances of getting pregnant with own eggs was slim so that's why I went for donor egg programme in spain it was cheaper and with doing it in spain the donor is anomoyous so when we do fall pregnant which I wanted I wanted the guarantee that weren't going to tracked when child of ours turned 18 I hope that we both get some baby dust and I am here for you every step of the way if you need me

I'm so sorry you had to have your fallopian tubes removed. I know that is devastating. But ifv gives you so much hope to carry your own baby. Your very much a women and try not to feel any different. I hope you get your baby soon

I think most of us here have been in infertility depression so don't feel alone, we are here for you! It's such an intense shocker when you figure out it's not going to happen naturally when some women can pop out child after child. IVF can bring you hope. I'm trying for my miracle in my second cycle now. I'm sending you lots of prayers!!!

i agree with talkingrain that we all feel down with our fertility journey its such a tough journey to go through and family and friends are there to support but they cant if they haven't been there themselves stay strong and I am here for you if you need to talk sorry I was out earlier so I couldn't reply earlier

I can completely relate! After 2 years of TTC, I found out both of my fallopian tubes were blocked and I had a hydrosalpinx (swollen fallopian tube). I had surgery a few months ago to remove both tubes. Although I was initially shocked and a little heartbroken, I've realized that I really am blessed to have a direct answer as to why getting pregnant has been so difficult! I think a diagnosis of unexplained fertility would have been much harder for me. Also, we have been given a clear cut path to follow! There's no debating on whether to try Clomid, IUI, etc. Some women try all these other avenues first, and still have to move on to IVF. We get the blessing of knowing exactly what we need to do. I have my first transfer this week - hoping for some good news soon! Saying a prayer for you tonight!

Good luck to you! Stay strong and positive, it's so easy to lose yourself to this journey, I'm trying to get back to the old happy me, not this miserable, exhausted, emotional basket case. Baby dust to you!
