I'm so sorry. My RE is giving me 6 more months of Clomid and then it's IVF or nothing. I'm getting scared being that I'm getting up there in age when it comes to childbearing. It's not over for you. You're young and doors will open for you at some point to continue treatment...hopefully soon.

I am sooo sorry to hear this. But you ARE young, and maybe I am missing something, but have you been diagnosed with anything besides having just one tube? I know there is always "unexplainable" infertility but I hope not for you. I have a high FSH which is the kiss of death for IF women no matter how old - many fertility clinics will turn me away before long. But I still have hope and will turn to ED.

I hope you can stay positive and not give up.

This journey is filled with so many ups and downs. Take time to mourn and nurture your body and soul and then you'll see clearer and can decide what to do next. I'm so sorry. I know there is nothing anyone can say to ease the pain you are feeling right now. There never is when I go through it every month. Don't give up...something somewhere is out there for all of us.

I have felt the same way many times. After my 5th failed IVF, I couldn't get out of bed for a week. I just stared at the clock... they say "time heals all wounds," so I just laid there, watching time tick by and thought, "when?"
The isolation, loneliness and heartache is one that we've all felt deeply. I'm so sorry that you're going through this.

After my 5th IVF, I gave up. Half-heartedly started the adoption process. Six months later, while I was still "unsure" of whether or not I really wanted to adopt, I watched my son come into this world and took him home when he was 36 hours old. It was the best decision of my life - he just turned two and is the joy of my life. And, on my 6th IVF - this time with donor eggs and donor sperm - I'm pregnant!

So, not to discount the pain you feel now, but I know this dream will not go away and you WILL be a mother someday. Take care and be kind and gentle with yourself as you grieve.

I am so so sorry sweetie! I was so praying for that BFP for you! I know you feel awful right now, I totally understand. But things will get better girly...I know it doesn't seem like it now...but they will!
