Today was the worst day I have ever had with her. A month ago my sil had a baby boy and that is all she can talk about. It seems as though she gets some sort of thrill by rubbing it in my face. Talking about this baby all of the time and how special it is and how it is her first grandchild. I am sorry but there are more things in life to talk about than a baby. She also says that if I would just do this or if I would just do that then I would be pregnant. This just pisses me off.

I used to run a daycare out of my home and now I am just recently going through items in my home that I dont use anymore. I wanted to donate all of the baby items that I used for my daycare to the womens shelter where it would be put to good use so I loaded up my van with a changing table, diaper genie, and various other items. My dh took to van to the house of my MIL to run an errand and she saw the changing table in the back and wanted it for my sils baby. my husband made the mistake of giving it to her. when i found this out i was upset and told him that I wanted it back and that it was supposed to go to the shelter for women who could not afford to buy these things of their own. He went to go get it back but my MIL refused to give it back. my MIL even had the nerve to insist that I apologize to her before she would give it back. My dh had to go back there three times before she would give it back. she can afford to buy one of her own and I am upset at dh for not seeing my side in this.
