Hey ladies did any of you stop with household chores when you were on your 2ww. I was pretty much in the bed and sleeping everyday this week. I was just wondering did any of you ladies quit on any of your house hold duties while waiting or am I being overly cautious. My doctor told me to resume normal activity as soon as I felt I was ready. Sorry if I am being too extra.

Hey ttc25,
I do not stop with my house hold duties during my 2WW, but I don't clean everything everyday either, for example I only vacuum every other day and dust every third day. I am also mindful of how much I am lifting and I do not clean the cat box. I make sure that the house is spotless before I do my A.I., that way I can slack on the housework and it doesn't drive me crazy! I generally take it as easy as I can, and you are not being "overly cautious" better safe then sorry is how I play my 2WW too!!

Who cares if you slack for two weeks! If it helps with success then GREAT! What a small price to pay! If it doesn't help achieve success, its not like you can't clean it all after a few weeks. :)

I did IVF and my RE recommends taking it easy during the 2WW. I did nothing!! I even stayed in bed without getting up for like 2 days except to go to the bathroom. I say take it easy if you feel like you need to!!

Thank u ladies. I returned to work on yesterday. But still taking it very easy.
