You are definitely not alone and this was the right place to come. Sadly, there are plenty of women here who understand exactly where you are coming from. For me, one of the worst feelings of dealing with IF is the loneliness and isolation I felt from the "outside" world because they just did not understand what I was going through, especially when so many of them were able to get pregnant and stay pregnant so easily. I know it's hard, but you just got to take it one day at a time and hang onto hope that one day it will get better and you will get where you want to be. They have recently re-designed this website and have made it very confusing to navigate, but if you can figure it out, definitely read through old posts because there is plenty of information and advice there that is invaluable. You are so not alone!! I was on clomid for 2 months and i stopped b/c i was beyond miserable and was making my husband just as miserable! I'm rather new to this journey and finding this site has helped me- (until they changed it and it just makes it 10 times harder to use, but i'm not giving up yet!) I have lots of different days - sometimes i'm sure i'm the worlds biggest failure, and other days i think it's ok. My husband is great, which makes it harder on me sometimes b/c i know what a great dad he would be if my body would cooperate. If you look through some of the recent "old' posts, you'll see other's who are in similar situations. Know that you aren't alone, and just like you said- Rome wasn't built in a day.. xoxo

Clomid makes you CRAZY! Like HELLA crazy...there should be some sort of warning label or something! But anyway, no, you are not alone; infertility is a journey, a struggle, a fight to the very end! and YES, it is GOING to take it's tole on you and make you go insane if you haven't already; but that being said, we are stronger, fiercer and more sympathetic and sensitive to others' situations because of it; we press on, we fight the good fight, and in the end, it is DEF worth fighting for! Hang in there!

hey girl! It sounds like your going in the right direction with the clomid. Thats where we started, then went to IUI, then IUI with medication, then IVF and got a baby boy. Just keep your head up and try to push through each day. Try not to think about the meds but know your doing all the right things as of now. One day at a time, if that doesnt work one hour at a time, one minute at a time. It will work out! :) Good luck. I just joined the group cause we have been TTC since we had our son, with no luck, but im trying to stay positive.

I totally understand, given sometimes i feel the same. Sometimes i feel like no one understands and many underestimate the negative feelings we have to work through almost daily. I wish you the best and thankfully we are not alone. Xoxo
