It's the 4th week we've been in de ivf program in Ukrainian Biotexcom fertility clinic. Having great hope for the process and in further life.
The only thing for us in such a situation is to make attempts, being they successful or not as in our case (previously) but it keeps us going, really.
Dear M, my heart absolutely goes for you as I know how it feels. Make up your mind and act. May God bless you on this path x
That said...I am in that place of transition, knowing that I am not going to be a mother. It's been 11 years of trying on and off (with my ex-husband, and my current husband). I made the decision early on that medical intervention was not for me. So it was either going to happen naturally, or not at all. My husband and I discussed adoption for some time, and have chosen that this doesn't fit us either. I know that there are avenues we could take to have a child, but if mother nature doesn't cooperate, it wasn't meant to be. I am ok with my decisions. I am just in that transition period of going from accepting my decisions, to accepting that it won't happen. I've spent time with a psychologist, and we have worked through some tools that will help me any time a sad moment arises. I allow myself to feel them, and I help myself through it. It will all be ok. I was just needing to vent, and I was so sad the other day.
Thank you, all, for listening!
