I am doing 100% holistic ways to better my eggs and regulate my period. I have really been trying the natural way for 2 months and I have to say, what a difference it has made. Being on the pill for so long, I wasn't sure if I even ovulated. I went months before trying the OPK's because I was so scared of the results. My husband doesn't seem to understand the pressure and disappointment I go through EVERY MONTH. But anyway, when I starting to track my ovulation, the test would show a surge around day 19-20, way too late in the month. Now, just this morning...I have a surge and its day 14!!! I contribute this to Pregnitude!!!!! Been on it one month and I show ovulation 5 days sooner!! I do recommend this, highly!!! Plus I take CoQ10 and walk 30-40 mins every day. Changed my diet to high protein and very low carbs. I tell you what, I may not be able to get pregnant but I am in the best health I can remember in a long time LOL
Diet always suck. I went cold turkey on basically no carbs and boy was it tuff. I went into a small depression ... strange saying that but it’s true. Reason I picked this sort of diet is because I read an article from an IVF dr. He would not perform any procedure on any couple unless the woman would do this diet for 90 days to better her eggs. Come to find out many women didn’t have to have the IVF, they got pregnant naturally. So I thought what the hell, it couldn’t hurt.
As far as snacks, always grab fruit or nuts. Both are filling and are good for you! I know working the night shift is tuff, my husband works nights too.
