I'm bound and determined to keep at the exercising and hope I'll see a few pounds drop off and that might encourage me to eat a little better. We'll see.
On top of that, I recently developed plantar fasciitis (a common sports injury of the foot/heel), so walking is immensely painful. My doc says to do low impact exercise, like bike riding or using equipment that doesn't require a stepping action. I'm hoping to get out riding soon, maybe that will help, but with the recent cycle with Letrozole, I expect to gain another 5-10 pounds.
My RE likes to remind me of my weight, especially when it increases. He also likes to remind me that my weight could be contributing to my IF. Some days I just want to smack him, other days he just ends up sending me into another spiral of depression where I don't eat. Starving yourself is just as bad as over indulging on the sweets, so has a similar impact overall.
Every time I look in the mirror (especially a full length one!) I am reminded of how bad my weight problem is, and then feel even more pathetic. It's a viscous cycle that needs to be broken, though I have no clue how to break it.
I hope one day we can all concur our weight, our IF and this darned viscous cycle!
