Does anyone know how long Gonal F, and/or Prometrium stay in our systems... I took this cycle off and it has been about 6 wks since my last injection and 4 since my last prometrium pills. I have an AWFUL rash all over my body that seems to have stemmed from a sunburn... and I am wondering if the medication was still in my system and it caused a reaction. Thanks. I am ABSOLUTELY miserable with this itchy mess I have ALL OVER my body... it's NOT fun!

I have no idea about the Gonal F or Prometrium but I just wanted to say I hope you feel better soon! I hope it's not sun poisoning. I've gotten that a few times from different meds I've been on and that is aweful. Good luck!!

I am not sure. That is weird because I am on a med and I think that is why I got such a bad sun burn yesterday. I was looking at my hand and it looks like a bit of a rash. Hmmm...
I would think that it would be out of your system by now though. It has been a long time. Maybe it is sun poisoning?
I hope you feel better soon what ever it is. If it does not start to get better then see your doctor. My friends told me to take Benadryl or something like that.

i only did one round of gonal f but did prometrium for almost a year. it never stayed in my system more than a couple of days to a week after i stopped taking them. if i were you i would contact my doctor and want some answers right away. good luck, i really hope that you start to feel better soon.

I did- my dermatologist took a biopsy and lots of bloodwork.

they don't know- i am going back Thursday and have been on steroids... it's finally not itching! But it's everywhere!!!
