Sorry girls but I really need to vent!!!
tonight my mother had one of my cousins over, she is a really lovely girl and since her husband is away at the police academy training to become a police officer my mother thought it may be nice to have her and all of us over for dinner.
Though she has a couple of small kids and I knew it would be uncomfortable I thought I would go to dinner and see her and say hi...
well within minutes of my arrival, my eldest sister started going on about how she would love to have a little girl as she has two boys (Samantha had brought over her little girl and boy with her) and then of course the conversation started... oh you don't want any more kids! oh no you already have two, thats enough its your sister's turn now ha ha ha... well if it was that f#ing easy I WOULD!
Because I didn't want to put up with their insensitivity I just walked out of the room, I mean the last thing I needed was the oh yea, don't you want any kids? from my cousin and the embarrassing explanation that follows... then about 10 min after dessert my darling sisters start at it again, this time with my clothes... oh yeah well she can have the worse fashion sense, you should see this skirt she owns blah blah blah, ha ha ha ha, well I am sooooo sorry if I can't afford to waste ALL my money on clothes, after all, most of my cash goes on fertility treatment and my mortgage. I felt like saying to them, well maybe I don't have great clothes, but hey! I do own my own home and one of you has to live with mother while the other can just afford the rent... but of course I didn't and just clammed up
My poor nephew who is only 13, God love him, was so mortified about my sisters' behavior that he got his mobile phone and and started showing me pictures and other stuff so I could pretend not to listen to them while they laughed at my expense.
Needles to say, I left ten minutes later without saying goodbye to either of them
I am so angry and hurt I just want to cry my self to sleep...

i live near one sis and my dad was coming to town. I had just had a BFN pregnancy test and thought seeing my dad would cheer me up. Just as I was deciding what to bring over there(since I constantly bring nice hor'douvres etc.) my sis calls me up and tells me she wants her darling kids (not) to spend time with THEIR GRANDFATHER alone! ok, i get that people mean well, they forget, blah blah blah, but c'mon! I still sit here befuddled like this could not have happened. Does she realize she crushed me in so many ways? I still have not spoken to her, not out of hatred. but out of sheer disbelief and shock. I never did go over there. Never saw my dad. She later sent me an email about how she is sorry I am so depressed but she has to focus on work and does not have time to deal with whatever was upsetting me.HUH? She thinks what she did is acceptable and blamed me for everything. What can I say in the future when he comes to town? This is why it is so hurtful: I HAVE NO KIDS! well, i will come up with something. and when my other sis came to town and they sent me an email last minute asking me to meet up, i just blew them off. i used to drop everything for them, but now I have gotten stronger and I will be ok and so will you.
I felt so much better today (though still very sad) after reading all your lovely notes of support...
I don't know what I would do without my wonderful DS sisters
