Forced Break

I went in for my cd3 ultrasound this morning and my ovaries are still stimulated form last cycle so I have to take a break this month. I thought I was ok with it but half way home I started bawling. I just feel like it's one blow after another. First my miscarriage, then a BFN and now a forced break. My RE said that they always have a couple BFPs on rest cycles every month so we should try naturally. I felt like screaming "we've been trying naturally for 3 years, I really don't think I'll be one of those lucky people!".

One more roadblock to overcome. I swear I say this everyday but WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT!!?

I am so sorry all of this is happening. I pray that you find some peace and comfort during this month. I know many people who don't think they will have that miracle of getting a BFP while on break, but then it happens. Try to take this time to be good to you and I hope that your next cycle goes smoothly and is a success.

Most importantly you need to give yourself permission to have the feelings and emotions that you have right now. You just experienced a another disappointment, on a long road full of disappoints!
Your question 'Why is this so difficult'? is felt by anyone experiencing inferilty! That is the big question and the answer is different for everyone... Your infertilty journey that you are on is the road toward your answer. It will become clearer as you travel. It took me twenty years to find those answers... and I learned that how I choose to respond to the experience/circumstance before me, is a lot more effective than how I react.
