My husband and I are scheduled for IVF in three weeks. I've already started some of my medicine and every day that goes on I get more excited but more terrified. My fear is starting to overcome my excitement. I have taken so many pregnancy tests and have never received that positive sign and every time I expect that but it still breaks my heart. To think of me getting a negative after IVF, I don't know how I will cope. It will completely shatter my heart and my husband and I can only afford to do this this once so if it don't work, what am I supposed to do? Go 5 more years childless? I just don't know how to calm myself and be positive. I go to an amazing doctor and he feels certain it will work but I've always got that doubt in the back of my head because of all the let downs I've had so far through this infertility journey. Any advice to help me through IVF? Thanks in advance.
