OK so I'm over a week late and I've never been so happy to see AF finally here! I'm sore, bloated and pretty uncomfortable...but relieved that my 1st full cycle is behind me after the methotrexate shot.

I am going to be making an appt. with my doctor so that hopefully the next cycle we can start back on my fertility meds. But in the meantime I'm going to start TTCing again...not sure if I will ovulate on my own, but will give it a try.

Does anyone know if when you workout a lot or more does that sometimes promote ovulation? I've consistantly been working out for 5 weeks now and am finally starting to lose weight and see and feel a difference.

I know I read somewhere that exercise helps fertilty because it gives better blood flow and circulation to your lower half LOL :) Thus helping with conception.

Any advice would be great!

Exercise helps circulation, stress reduction, and many other things which in turn can help ovulation. Losing weight can also help ovulation. I Hope you have GREAT LUCK this cycle.

I also read that switching to whole milk is good for your ovaries in the fertility area. Good luck!

I haven't heard anything about it promoting ovulation or conception, other than what you told me. But I think as long as you are not working out too hard, it should do more good than harm! Working out is so great for so many reasons. I'm so glad you are seeing and feeling a difference!! You've certainly been working hard. And that's tough, so good job!!!! It's hard to stay motivated to continue, especially when you don't feel like you're getting anywhere.

And as for AF, I'm glad you don't have to stress anymore about her showing up!! Yay! First full cycle down, BFP, here we come! Lots of baby dust to you. Hang in there, and stay positive!! You're doing great.:-)

Yes it's true about working out. I need to get back to the gym. I was doing great then I quit when my daughter got out of school for the summer. Good luck my friend and I'm waiting for AF also so I can get on the band wagon.
