I was looking for some friends to talk to that might be going through a cycle in the first of Aug. I will be starting my next cycle around the 28th and am going to be on Gonal-F protocol. This is probably our last attepmt at baby #2. I am having a hard time thinking if this don't take that we may be done. But I have a hard time taking any more money away from things Icould b doing with the daughter I am blessed to have. Just thought it might be nice to have someone to talk to long the long road.

Hi Sandy, i will starting stims around august 2nd or 3rd,i am on a long untagonist protocol and will start my cetrotide injections on july 23rd,it will be very nice to have some boddies to talk to along the way,good luck to you!

Good luck to you too. We did a long protocol in Feb. with no success so I told my RE I wantes to to the short protocol again with gonal-F isnce we had my daughter with this type protocal. Let me know how things are going for you along the way.

Hi Ladies - I started my Lupron injections on July 6 and will be doing the retrieval and transfer the week of August 2. This is my first time doing IVF. It's a little nerve wracking! I did IUI and Clomid. Had 7 miscarriages and I have one miracle boy. I'd love the support - and I'd love to give any support I can to others. Good luck to you both.

Hello!

I am going through my first round of IVF in August (hopefully, assuming nothing goes wrong). My period was very late so my schedule was delayed and I won't get my official calendar until next week. I know that I will be placed on BCP's for a few days and then start injections. I'm 21 and never been pregnant...I'm using all of my funds for medical school for IVF and I really hope that it works.

Hello all! I am new to IVF and started the Lupron shots on July 5th, the Gonal F pen on Aug 2nd and schuduled for the retrieval on Aug 14th. I am a nervous wreck! I have no children but my husband has 2 from a previous marriage. I want so badly to have one of my own, but have been hearing tons of stories of having to go through this several times. With the cost of everything, it makes me extrememly worried that of it doesn't work the first time, we would be able to try again. I will be 30 in October, and this is not the way I pictured having a child! I am so glad to see others that I can communicate with! Good luck to all of you...

I will be doing an FET in August. The only thing my RE has me on is estrace. I go for an ultrasound to check lining on the 16th. Then he'll tell me when to start prometrium and we'll schedule the transfer. I have 3 embryos frozen from my first IVF cycle which failed last month.
