I did not receive any do's or dont's until after the transfer, then again once I received the positive pregnancy test. The only do's before the transfer were taking the estradiol, progesterone, baby aspirin, and vitamins. I used vaginal cream for progesterone and was told not to use it the morning of the transfer.

After the transfer I had to remain in bed for 3 days except to use the bathroom and shower and limit activity until the pregnancy test. I never received anything saying no cold cuts even after the positive pregnancy test.

I did receive a do/don't list after my transfer. Basically it was to act like I was pregnant. So no cold cuts unless they were heated up, no ibuprofen only Tylenol and I was told no sex for 7 weeks because an orgasm can affect implantation. Definitely no drinking, but I stopped drinking once I was on the IVF meds, personal choice. I think your fine until your transfer. All docs are different, this was just their suggestion to me. Hello Endo! Good luck...Our FET worked for us, so fingers crossed you have some luck too. Its so much easier than a full cycle!
Our RE told us no sex for atleast 3-4 wks after FET.
No exercise other than light walking.
I was also on bedrest for 2 days post transfer

Do try to relax and get plenty of rest :)
