sorry girls, I'm just needing to let out some pain and anguish...

My birthday is on Monday... 37... its now been 7 years since we started on this journey and all I have to show for it are 2 miscarriages and the pictures of my scans and of the second emby cells..

On the 8th of April it will be the third anniversary of my first miscarriage.. My daughter would be three this year. Instead there is nothing but silence and emptiness in this house and in my life.

IF is one of the hardest journeys I have ever been on and there is no end in sight.... its days like this that I just don't want to get out of bed any more

I understand how you feel. I have to make myself get out of bed sometimes and try to be happy about life. Especially seeing or being around kids or pregnant women. Sometimes I just shut myself in my room and just cry. Hope you feel better soon but I know how hard it is.

Don't feel bad. Just had my second IVF let down a week ago and was thinking the same thing about my cute little embie pic. I'm going on year 5 after a m/c (November this year) after a few months of trying. Allow yourself the down time and meltdowns are acceptable and necessary. Thinking of you!!

Yup and the puppys or kittens dont help - (sorry i know this from experience)
i had 2 miscarriages last year,
I feel exactly the way you do, on the outside im all positive and on the inside i want to be in bed sleeping the days away untill it works out for me, my life is so busy but it feel boring it feels indifferent and that the child is missing from it.
I hate it and i wish there was a magic happy pill to get me through those kinda days - but theres not!
I hope today is a better day for you x

Hugs to everyone...I can relate. Had my miscarriage a few weeks ago. Now contemplating going back to IVF again to do a frozen embryo transfer. I thought when I got my BFP in November and survived the first trimester, that I'd never have to see my fertility doctor's office again.

Its ok to feel blue. IF is definitely a rollercoaster with more down days then up days it seems. You're right about this being one of the hardest journeys.
