Eyes twitching

I started BCP 4 days ago and both of my eyes have been twitching like crazy ever since! I'm not dehydrated and nothing else has changed so I'm convinced it's the pill. Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't experienced this but a friend of mine used to claim her eye would twitch when she needed to get laid, so this reminded me of that. Hope it stops soon as it sounds really annoying and know that I'm thinking of you!

I have always heard that twitching eyes can be caused by low potassium levels. So whenever I get an eye twitch I always eat a banana.

My left eye twitches pretty spastically when I am nervous/excited about something. Maybe its because you are gearing up for a round? Or it could just be your body trying to get used to the BCPs?... My body will do odd things when I start taking a new medicine regularly after going so long of not taking anything at all too. I love Nellysgirl idea though HAHA! Lets go with THAT! At least you know what would cure you right? :-D LMWT's idea is an easy fix too. Try BOTH Sex & banana's!

I'm there with TNTpetal, my left eye twitches when nervous or stressed but never did with BCP's...

Eat a banana while having sex! That will do the trick! Haha! I'm dying over here.

Seriously what the hell kind of BC do they give us? I never felt any side effects before (I was taking low dose though, but still) and I had nausea, jitters, light headed, and period cramps with spotting for over a week! Honestly, none of it was that bad at all, but just flippin' annoying! I want NO period! Also my boobs hurt. But they do look bigger (I know I'm totally making that up) but who cares, I'll take it!
