Well ladies im gonna try this again please disregard my other post. What I was trying to say is that I went to my first accupunture session today but I couldnt enjoy it because I am very sick with a cold. I was just wondering what/how you ladies felt after your sessions. I did not do accupunture my first two attempts so im hoping this makes the difference for me. You ladies inspired.me to do accupunture after reading your posts on accupunture.

HI! I haven't done acupuncture lately, but I did it with my first cycle. I did it alongside massage and guess what? The acupuncture was WAY more relaxing than massage. Odd-sounding but it's true.

I don't really have any needle phobias, but I made sure not to open my eyes during the sessions. I didn't want to panic even a little if I saw needles sticking out of me. They only did about 7-8 needles each session.

I recommend it highly.

I feel very relaxed after acupuncture. I also noticed a change in my bowel movements and vaginal discharge (sorry TMI). I have been doing it for 2 and 1/2 months and got a natural period for the first time ever. Also, I got a bad sinus infection in December. My acupuncturist actually gave me herbs for the cold and did a sinus treatment. My sinus relief was literally immediate. I also just had my day 3 u/s and I have 13 potential follicles. Both my RE and acupuncturist are very happy with those numbers. I honestly believe acupuncture has improved how I feel each day. Another thing, it is not going to be an instant fix.

if you ask the acupucturist they can put some additional needles in to help clear your sinuses. My acupucturist always asks me how my body feels and if I have an ache or pain somewhere she does something that usually helps to resolve it. She doesn't charge me any extra.
