I understand your frustration. I always used to think about people who get pregnant by accident and have an abortion, meanwhile women like us as desperate for a child and struggle so much. I have been where you are...I have been depressed and hopeless. I have been hospitalized twice with septic shock after a hysterosalpingogram and later from an egg retrieval. I had to have surgery to get my tubes removed because they were so damaged from my infections. I had a doctor look at me in the face in ICU and tell me I was never going to have my own baby. But guess what...since that time, I had a successful IVF and I have a baby now. I know it's hard when the people around you get pregnant so easily, it's frustrating and unfair. Don't focus on other people being pregnant, ( I fully realize how challenging that is) just focus on keeping yourself healthy, calm, and happy. Most importantly, keep living your life!! It's so easy to get COMPLETELY CONSUMED by all these fertility treatments and putting the rest of your life on hold. The last thing you want to do is look back and feel like you wasted precious years with your husband always sad and stressed over having a baby. Keep at it, and believe it will happen.
