I kept my legs bent and tilted my pelvis up to help gravity out. I don't know if that act alone did it, but it worked.

I just think she is lucky. The dr just has me keep my legs bent. I cant imagine trying to keep my legs flung in the air for the 15 or so minutes they have me lay on the table lol.

yeah I have never done the legs in the air at the doctors office i would be afraid that the nurse or someone woulk walk in lol wouldnt that be funny :)

My experience is similar to Kanda J's except i have not yet taken a pregnancy test--I am on day 7 of my 14 day wait (I took Norvel which gives false positives unless you give it 14 days to clear your system). I am hoping to be successful.

My doctor asked me to lay with legs bent and pelvis tilted for 20 minutes. After he left the tech said I did not have to stay 20 minutes if I did not want to. But my hubby was with me and we had not made other plans. I figured following the doctor's orders to the letter could not hurt anything.

I think doctors make the suggestion because (based on the internet research I have read) lying down immediately following the baby dance with your legs up and pelvis tilted helps the fish swim up stream. Getting up immediately after the baby dance can lead to leakage which decreases your chances for getting pregnant.

Ok, I'm at least going to keep my knees bent this time and pelvis up. Do you take a pillow or something with you? How do you keep your pelvis up? I'm willing to try anything. But last time I tried to put my legs up while on that table I was scared I was going to fall off!
