I'm feeling lost. A few months I found out I was not able to conceive. I was shocked, I've never had an abnormal pap or anything so this is confusing to me. Doctor said ivf is my only option based on my age range. He immediately gave me my prep plan. I have so many questions but I'm hesitant to ask. I feel foolish. I had a breakdown in his office and he was not very warm or consoling towards me. Not only did his office spell my name wrong on my chart but they sent a letter with my results to my primary OBGYN after I asked them not to. I'm not sure why this bothers me, it seems minor now that I'm reading it back to myself but if they are this careless about small things, what if they are careless with my ivf treatment. I'm also nervous about taking BC. I've had bad experiences in the past and I've tried several different brands but the nurse said it's necessary to take them. Has anyone heard of natural supplements to stimulate hormones? Why do I have to take BC? If I don't feel comfortable with my doctor does it matter? Does getting a 2nd opinion change anything? I'm just confused!
