I don't know the answers. And I don't know if you can stop thinking about it. It seems to consume you. I just hope that by being here for each other we are able to maintain FAITH that everything will turn out okay. Good Luck! And know that you aren't alone.

I did that for about 1.5 years. I was in denial, I did not take meds, did not follow through with my Fertility Doctor and it got me nowhere. When I accepted that I needed help to get pregnant (well, lets just aim on ovulation at the moment), then, I felt a bit more in control. I also feel healthier now that my body ovulates, my period is WAY better (5 days as opposed to 3 weeks). I was bleeding all the time. I know some women with PCOS do not bleed but, I was the opposite.
