I hope you feel better soon. Take care of yourself first.
The friend who is due any day has been particularly obnoxious with this pregnancy and I needed to take a step back from that relationship. (There were other issues between us having nothing to do with IF, so it was a necessary break that needed to happen). When I attempted to talk to her about my feelings, she was very rude and literally said "You either need to get pregnant or shut up about it already." I don't talk to her as often and feel a lot less stress in my life because of it. It was sad in the beginning because we had been such great friends for many, many years and she had been supportive up until the last year. However, it is what it is now.
The other friend who had a baby was incredibly understanding and sensitive towards me. I explained to her that I was very happy she had a healthy baby, but it was too much for me to get pictures from her all the time. We talked about what other things were triggers for me and she totally understood. It actually made our relationship stronger and I now gladly open emails from her with pictures of her kids.
So I guess it all depends on the type of friend you have, and you may not find out until you talk to her about it. First you need to take some time to yourself to get a grasp on why you're jealous and what your triggers are, then you'll be able to talk to your friend honestly without coming off as a bitch. She'll never "get it" but she can at least make an attempt to not trigger you. Hopefully she will be understanding and respect your feelings and it will make your friendship even stronger.
All of this sucks, btw. ((HUGS))
It sounds really harsh, but once you say it, you just feel good about standing up for yourself. I've said it to many people, when it's said at the right time and manner most people understand. If she is a good friend, she probably already knows how your feeling already and is just waiting for you to open up about it so you can find a way to get past it..
That's how I've gotten through seeing 7 babies being born in the past 6 years.
