SO I started tracking my BBT this month just to monitor AF (I am on day 22 of my second IUI cycle ... last month AF came today). I heard that your BBT drops right before you get AF. My temp rose from 98.10 day 20 98.39 day 21 and today 98.9. I feel like AF is right around the corner. I have ALL of the symptoms today. ANy insight as to the rise in temperature? Any help would be great ladies.

It usually does drop. Mine always did the day before. Your hormones are surging right now. Your natural progesterone. Good luck and keep an eye on it.

Thanks ladies. It is so confusing. I wish I could just look inside to see what is going on. I am only 8 dpo so I don't have any idea!

My temp would peak, then the next day drop and then the day after the temp drop, I would get AF.
I'm on cycle day 40 (I'm always 28 days), higer than normal temps, no AF and BFN! Every person and cycle is different.
But I'll keep my fingers crossed for your BFP!
BTW...I grew up in Jersey, and have lived on the West Coast for 4 years now. I miss East Coast pizza! :)
