Estradiol is an indicator for a lot of things. They say that at ovulation, you want 200 per mature follicle. If you are STARTING at 200, you'd be really likely to end up with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. I had it once - you really, really don't want it. That's why they're having you wait - it's to protect not only the health of any potential babies, but also to protect YOUR health - hyperstimulation can put you in the hospital, needing several fluid taps per day to remove fluid from your abdominal cavity. Definately NOT a good deal.
