All across the board, what I've head about it (and fertility) is that it is great for stress-relief, which in turn benefits one's well-being in general, thus benefiting fertility. I think some people just don't like needles; some can get used to them while others try it for a bit and then move on to other techniques. Another put off is the freakin' cost, as well as some of the actual offices/rooms they put you in.
Keep us posted-- best of luck!
I hate needles but the acu ones so tiny and they're not in far and I haven't had any issues with them. It is very relaxing and I look forward to my treatments! Never thought I would say that!
My DH has lower motility so he is also on some herbs as our practitioner is also a traditional Chinese medicine doctor and his counts have been getting better...
Hope that helps!
I get weekly acupuncture to reduce stress and increase fertility and I love it, plus before the treatments it is like I get to have a mini therapy session with my acupuncturist. I feel centered, balanced and amazing after the treatments. Plus 2 out of my 4 conceptions (unfortunately all ended in m/c) happened while I was getting treatments. I took some time off from TTC, which included going to acupuncture but I have been back to treatments for 2 months so hopefully I will be able to report another conception while getting treatments. Good luck, if you have nay specific question feel free to ask!

If your fish is good, then I would go for it, but all you need is one poor fsh number .

This may sound quirky, but do you know if people can bring their own needles? :-) I mean, at least you know you've sanitized them thoroughly, while helping to save the environment.
I'm seriously going to ask any future potential acupuncturists that question! :-D
