I agree that taking a break is very hard, even if it is by choice. I guess because ultimately none of this is by choice and if I had my way then we would have been parents a long time ago. Instead we are taking a break and putting off even longer the chances of having a child because my body, mind and soul need it.
I was writing in my journal last night about being on a break and how hard it is. Trying to figure out how to live life while I still have this big void and emptiness inside for the family we want and deserve, but knowing I need to take some time for myself. It is just so hard...
